I am a voracious reader. I read a variety of literature about leadership, psychology, economic, history , religion and personal development. In the last five years, I have read some fantastic books, but one book that piqued me hard is Grit by Angela Duckworth.
This is not just another fluffy, quick rich fix like most self-help books but well researched and has back from many areas with authentic ideas.
She also got the award of a MacArthur Fellowship in 2013 for her research and work.
